two ice cream这种用法对吗 还是应该是two ice creams.

语法正确的说法是
two scoops of ice cream
two bowls of ice creams
two tubs of ice creams
等等,并且书面英语要这样说,
但与人对话时（比如向小贩购买冰淇淋）很多人省略 two scoops ,two bars,
而只说 2 ice creams please
因此口语上是可以接受的.
（当然也有人会说 two ice cream,但这是错的.）
