高一英语 on to in the...of 的区别,to和on可互用吗

这个短语表示某地在某地的xxx方位
on the...of 表示两地接壤 例如：Russia is on the north of China
in the...of 表示一个地点在另一地点内部 例如： Wuhan is in the south of China
to the...of 表示两地不接壤,并且都在同一个内部 例如：Beijing is to the east of ShanXi
这三个介词都不可以互用.因为表达的意义不同.
