为什么interesting work前不加冠词?

work是不可数,所以不加a 和an.
又因为没有限定“这个”有趣的工作,没有特指性,“一个有意思的工作(中文可数)”,所以不加the.
但是,如果后文再次提起这个工作,就要用the interesting work了.比如后面还有一句“the interesting work gives us more than pleasure too.
