这是因为这是一个宾语从句,就会有两种情况：1 主句主语为第一人称且谓语动词为suppose ,think ,believe ,expect ,imagine 等词时,反义疑问句与从句保持一致,并且要注意否定转移

2 主句主语为其他人称,或谓语为其他动词时,与主句保持一致
Tom said you wanted to go to the zoo ,didn’t he 你的这句John told you that there wasn't anyone in the room at that time,_______?中,主语不是第一人称,谓语动词也不是suppose等词,所以翻译疑问句应与主语保持一致,john是第三人称,选代词he,因为主句中不含否定词,所以后面的问句用 didn't he?(你说的not是宾语从句中的,不在主句中.)
