Who should bear the responsibility for payment of tuition fe

College students should take the responsibility for paying their tuition fees.As we know that once we get into college,we are pretty much over 18 years old.in another words,we are adults.therefore,we should take care of ourself.however,the tuition fees usually cost a lot,it is almost impossible to cover them just by doing a part time job,and in our culture,parents,most of the time pay for us,but in my opinion that is definitely not their responsibility,they do not have to do that.So once we get a full time job,we need to give the money they once payed,since it is our responsibility to pay the tuition fees.
