However,in reality,it's impossible to keep smilling all the time.Life is not as smooth as a peaceful lake.And we may easily get upset some unpleasant thing.For instance,you lose in a competition for which you have made great effort;or another time you misunderdstand your friend and break the long-time friendship,and later find it impossible to regain it.Whatever it may be;not being successful,making mistake and so on,it may make us feel bad.Then what shall we do?Just sinking in unhappiness?
Why not learn to smile?
Yes,learn to smile to yourself,like a lamp.Smile can surprisingly lighted up the darkness in your heart and bring back what you lose,confidence courage,persisitence,and perhaps passion.Sometimes,the great enymy is yourself rather than anybody else,that's to say,you are beaten by yourself.Learn to smile to yourself,and you can come over to yourself.Even when everything goes well ,we also need to learn to smile.Everyone should smile to oneself every morning when he gets up,then comes a wonderful day.Not one hundred percent agree?Please have a try!
