if/whether 好区别,能用whether的地方都能用if,但有时用whether能更直接的得到结果,因为给whether作答的时候只能说yes或no.在whether的问句后边有时加or not,暗示回答者只需要回答,yes或no.

总之,不用非要回答下或没下.
