The monthly payment for the following items shall be subjected to adjustment according to the level of performance achieved:
Schedules of Price – Preventive Maintenance Services
A portion of interim monthly payment will be detained if the total of demerit points in a month reaches X points or over.The maximum amount to be detained in a month shall be limited to X% of the monthly payment for the Maintenance Services in Schedule of Price,for that month and the cumulated forfeiture of the detainment money for non-achievement of performance shall be limited to X% of the total amount for this Agreement.
Service Provider is entitled to obtain bonus from the Client if total of demerit points in a month is under X points (incl.X points).The maximum amount to be granted shall be limited to X% of the monthly payment for the Maintenance Service in Schedule of Price,for that month and the cumulated bonus for over fulfill of performance shall be limited to X% of the total amount for this Agreement.
