When there was me and you是一首外国歌的歌名,是外国人写的肯定没有语法错误吧（嘻嘻）.
因为就近原则,不用在意后面有没有and……,只要看在 be后面是单数还是复数,me是单数所以用was.
you and me 或 me and you都可以的.只不过常规you and me好点.
