Some of Them Are Nice Days
I never been to Iceland
But I passed it on my way to Holland.
You buy shoes.They’re Holland shoes and
I haven’t been to places else than that upstate Ohio.
I’ve been there.They got lots of roads out there and
Some of them are nice days,you go outside.
Some of them are nice days,I don’t like weather.
My skin is dark green,
like moss glows against the dark of nights.
They’re too quiet.My God,
Give me that hot-air balloon,I tell my brother
We can fly onto a glacier inn with a fireplace.It’s warm.
Dogs sleep softly breathing.
Some of them are nice days.You go outside.
“Hoyt,you got to cool it down.Don’t look down.Just look around.”
Stop signs look pretty
So red,like the jacket that my brother,he give to me.
People wear it if they’re chilly.
But there in my bed I float up
It’s in my head and then,from my balloon
Iceland will have such nice weather.
Some of them are nice days.
You go outside,and run around.
