I can't agree with you 和I can't say I share your view的区别
原题是这样的：

---- __________.At least Rose deserves our praise.
A.It's not worth watching.B.I should give up my plan.
C.I can't say I share your view.D.I can't agree with you.
基本上根据题意可以排除A、B两项,问题是C、D两项是不是都可以用?或者哪一个更好一点?他们之间有什么根本区别吗?
但是为什么不选D呢？我需要理由，而不仅仅是答案。
