My parents share a similar eating habit.Both of the seems to have the same "daily menu".They will have bread and butter as breakfast,and a cup of hot beverage.My father enjoys having tea while my mother enjoys having coffee.Sometimes they will have porridge as breakfast too.Since maintaning a good,healty diet is important,they will have at least one vegetable sides with lunch and dinner as well.They love to a simple fruit salad of cut up apple and pear as dessert after dinner.In addition,they drink plenty of water everyday.They do not have eat junk food at all because they want to be role model for the children in healthy eating lifestyle.
