This year,there are lots of reports about the moral phenomenon that people refuse to help while they meet others falling on the ground.Some people even gather and watch ,taking photos of them and post the photos onto the internet just for fun.
As far as i am concerned,the reasons of these social phenomenon are as below.
Firstly,most people don't want to be involved to the issues that have no relation with them.Secondly,there are also lots of reports about that there are some people pretending to fall on to the ground and the people who wants to help gets extortion.This is terrible for those people who used to be warmedhearted.
In my opinion,to improve the social social morality,government should estabilsh the rules for rewards to those people who wants to help.Also punishment rules are needed for the people using others' sympathy to cheat.So that people will not be afraid of helping others.And i will be trying my best to help others in the future!

The invalid need our concerns.If you see an invalid person,you should not just watch him all the time. You can show your respect to him. Let him feel the good of the world. Our government should put benefits into its policy that can make the invalid happier. The invalid need our help. Please don't grudge your smile .You can keep it on you face.
If we concern more of the invaild, our society will become more and more friendly.Violence will cease.We'll live safely.
