急用!incorporated association 和unincorporation association 的区别

　　incorporated association （法人团体）：has the legal person status 具备法人资格；includes a general partnership,limited liability company,limited partnership,business trust,joint stock association and incorporated nonprofit association.普通合伙,有限责任公司,有限合伙,商业信托,合股社团以及非公司形式的非营利社团.
　　unincorporation association （非法人团体）：是指不具备法人资格的经济组织,在我国主要包括个人独资企业 合伙企业 包括不具备法人资格的各种集体企业、乡镇企业、独资企业以及三资企业等.
　　refers to do not have the legal person status of economic organizations,in our country mainly includes the sole proprietorship enterprise partnership enterprise including don't have the legal person status of all kinds of collective enterprise township and village enterprises wholly owned companies and joint ventures etc.

再答： 有限责任公司是盈利性公司。这样的公司太多了，比如深圳富士康股份有限公司。一般责任会省略掉。
