We have to face our emotions rationally.Marianne represents emotions,she wants to find someone who is standing out of the crowd,and charming to be her husband,and she fell in love with the playboy Willoughby,and paid no attention to Sargeant Brandon whatsoever.After she got dumped by Willoughby,she ended up in depression,washing her face with tears everyday,and nearly died.To Elinor,even though she heard that the man she loves,Edward,was already engaged,she was still passionate ,at the end,Edward and her had a happy ending.Marianne took her sister's advise,controlled her emotions with rational thoughts and married Sargeant Brandon
Calmly seeking the solution for the problem may not make things better,but at least it wont make it work.To many relationships,we can always think about how to face it rationally,that's how to solve the problems.
