（b）In accordance with Clause 4 of this Lease Agreement,as from the effective commencement date,Shanghai Yingshan Project Consulting Firm shall be responsible for the full and due payment of every periodic rent specified in the addendum to the Lessor.With the consent of the Lessee,the Lessor shall only provide official receipts for the rent to Shanghai Yingshan Project Consulting Firm and no receipt shall be issued to Shanghai Yimo Graphic Design and Production Company Limited.The payments made by Shanghai Yingshan Project Consulting Firm shall be construed as Lessee’s payable amount in accordance with the requirement specified in the addendum.However,this shall not whatsoever,exempt Shanghai Yimo Graphic Design and Production Company Limited from its obligations as a Lessee.In the event of Shanghai Yingshan Project Consulting Firm fails to execute its payment obligation duly and fully as specified in the addendum due to reasons whatsoever,Shanghai Yimo Graphic Design and Production Company Limited shall bear joint liabilities as to the payment obligations,and shall unconditionally pay the arrears or the unpaid balance of the rent to the Lessor immediately after the receipt of Lessor’s notice in writing.
