两种可能：
1、license没有启动.去开始菜单-->所有程序-->license...manager-->FLEXLm LMTOOLS utility-->start/stop/reread 中,点击Start Server即可
2、默认的工作文件夹被删除.去开始菜单-->所有程序-->ANSYS 10.0-->ANSYS Product launcher ,重新设定一个默认工作文件夹.
另外,也有人说是设置的虚拟内存低,建议改大.
