前者 用not .until强调 时间 什么时候才攻击人类?
后者 用unless 强调条件 什么情况下 才不攻击 人类?
两句意思 虽然一样 但 着重点 不同

before 、after 和 until 都可以 引导时间 状语从句 但意思不一样
after词义 与另外两个 相反 就省略 不讲了
before 和 until 都有自己 固定 的句型 可以熟记掌握
这里只讲一点
not ...until ...一般主句谓语动词 是 非延续的 直到。。。才。。。
如 he didn't go to bed until his mother came back.
而 before 句型 主句谓语 可以是延续的 直到。。。后，才。。。
如 his mother was back / came before he went to bed.直到他母亲回来后，他才睡觉。
= he went to bed after his mother came back.
以上三句 意思基本一样 不过until 时间是紧衔接的 后面时间出现 前面状况停止
可以根据 否定肯定 延续不延续 来判断until和before 的区别
