The transmission of culture from different backgrounds brings changes to culture in many ways,for example,one-way,two-way,cyclical and intermediate media.As far as the current trend is concerned,the influx of pop American drama into China belongs to the one-way pattern.Apart from the American drama,more and more works are being introduced into China and become the source from which the Chinese recipients can absorb foreign cultural nutrition.These works have posed new challenges to the development of our own culture while they have indeed helped us improved ourselves.In the future,it should be a goal demanding our constant pursuit that we accept the challenges from multi-cultures while work hard on consolidating our domestic creation of art and transform the cross-culture communication from one-way to two-way.
