As for Mr.XXX's proposal DTD Dec.2nd,2007,it vialated the Internaitonal Conventions,that your esteemed company do not accept these cargoes (whose original shipping date is fixed from Dec.1st to 7th) ,which is just proposed during the period after our shipment.
现我公司要求贵公司书面说明不接受此批货物的理由,或是直接出具一份不接受此批货物的书面证明.
Now we require your esteemed company to present the reasons in paper for not accepting our cargoes,or issue a kind of certificate for not accepting.
请贵公司回复,若在2007年12月3日下午三点之前,贵公司不作回复,我公司将视同贵公司默认无理拒收此批货物.
