As verified by our Korean supplier, the packaging labels for Item 1 and Item 3 were wrongly tagged. Similarly, the labels for Item 2 and Item 4 were also mistakenly sticked.
We shall appreciate if you could kindly examine the goods, and retag Item 3 as Item 1; Item 1 as Item 3, Item 2 as Item 4 and Item 4 as Item 2 accordingly.
The Korean supplier and its production department assure us that the specifications of the goods are standard specifications, and therefore the goods should be in order.
Should the customers, after exchanging the correct labels as mentioned above, still find errors in the sizes of the goods delivered, we shall appreciate if you could send us the photos of the goods , marked with relevant sizes for further verification.
