Is it ever right to go to war with another country

Some people think that it is probably right to go to war as a last resort. But I disagree. Starting a war can cause thelives of many people, and not to mention the money that is required during and after the war to rebuild the country. A war is a waste of resources and also cause damages to the property. Money is especially required in war to feed the soldiers, to buy warfare and so on. After the war, money is also required to rebuild the country’s economy and infrastructure.
Most importantly, the hearts of the people in the country will be damaged. Many innocent lives of the civilians, are lost and some others might also become disabled.These civilians not only lose their home and property, they also lose their loved ones and even their hope.
In conclusion, I feel that we should not use a war as a last resort to all the conflicts.
