I'm an minority in china and I'm now studing in a collage in Beijing .But I have a strong wish to go abroad and further my education .some people say I should finish my collage degree then go abroad but I think I cant wait too long .So please show me what steps I should take and how to get in touch with foreign schools ? thankyou!
