For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin-real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned onto me that these obstacles were my life. This perspective has helped me to see that there is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way. So treasure every moment that you have. And remember that time waits for no one. So stop waiting until you finish school, until you go back to school; until you get married, until you get divorced; until you have kids, until your kids leave home; until you start work, until you retire; until you get a new car or home; until spring; until you are born again to decide that there is no better time than right now to be happy.
Happiness is a journey, not a destination.
So, Work like you don't need money,
Love like you've never been hurt,
And dance like no one's watching.

长期以来,我都觉得生活--真正的生活似乎即将开始.但,总是有一些障碍,一些必须先完成的事情,一些没有完成的工作,要付出的时间或要偿还的债务.之后,生活就会开始了.最后,我突然醒悟过来,这些障碍本身就是我的生活.这一观点让我意识到并没有一条通往幸福的道路,幸福本身就是路.因此,珍惜你所拥有的每一个时刻吧,当你和某个特别的、值得你与之分享你的时间的人在一起时,请加倍珍惜吧.最大限度地利用你的时间,不要浪费太多在学习、工作或一些看似重要的事情上.做你想做的以使自己快乐；同时做你能够做的以使自己关心的人快乐.记住,时间不会等待任何人.因此不要再等待某个时刻吧----等到完成学业以后,等到回学校以后,等到你拥有完美的身体、完美的车、或其他什么你想要的完美的东西之后.不要等到周末,等到你工作或退休,等到夏天、春天、秋天或冬天,等到你找到合适的人结婚,等到死,等到再次出生的时候,才明白没有任何时间比此刻更应享受快乐的了.
幸福是一段旅程,而不是一个终点.
工作吧,就像不需要金钱一样,
去爱吧,就像不曾受到过伤害,
跳舞吧,就像没有人在观看.
