what's the outcome if there is only economic reform without

what's the outcome if there is only economic reform without political reform?
If there is only economic reform without political reform,
there will be turmoil in the future.the political system
will lag behind the economic reform.for example,when
the wealth goes to the rich,the poor will be poorer,
the political system will keep balance between the
gap,it will protect the interest of poor and change
political institution to raise the status of the poor
and wipe out corruption and so on,if it fails to
fulfill the demand of the working class who will
overthrow it untill it will do some changes.
