托福口语题 求思路Do you agree or disagree with the following stateme

人们应该发表诚实的观点.原因如下：
1 诚实的观点有利于别人解决问题.
2诚实的观点可以帮助我们在别人心目中建立可信任的形象.
In my opinion,I think people should insist his or her honest opinion.There have two reasons.
First,honest opinion will benefit to other people solve the problem.As a teenager,it is hard for us to tell the importance degree.For example,when I was a child,I saw my father has affair,but I didn’t tell my mom,because I think if I tell her she will be hurt.But what I did has counterproductive my mom feel more painful because she considers not only her husband but also her daughter forsake her.
Second,honest opinion will benefit to build a trustful image to others.Even though we have the ability to chose the right choice,if we no state honest opinions we will lose the trust from the close people who was trust and rely on us.For example,when I was a freshman in university,my best friend John lied to me,so when he states new ideas or information,I always do not conscious asked "is that true?"
