while 表示对比放在两个句子中间的时候加不加逗号?

加逗号的一般表示转折,例如：some people believe soming is harmful to health,while others consider smoking is helpful for reducing working presure.
不加逗号一般表示“同时...”
例如：I worked for one hour outside while it was raining.
