现在要比较的是在同一剂量下（5、或10、或50）各个药物处方之间的优劣,做统计学的显著性差异比较.至于不同剂量之间,则不进行统计学差异比较.即分别在5、15、50各自剂量下,比较每个剂量组内各个处方差异.那么可以用one-way ANOVA么?审稿人说问过相关专家之后,觉得我应该用two-way ANOVA~.
