请问 为什么这里一定要选择 did he shut?是因为shocked 是过去时,然后这句话的句意是他用力地敲门,使得弄醒了身边的所有人.所以 shut 也应该用过去时,而不能用过去完成时,我还想问 C 选项 ,was he shut 是被动,所以也不能够选是嘛?
