question ,what will he probably do with her in the future
a he wants to make her perfect
b he will make her more human-like
6.it is said that had not better i or had better not i or hadn't i better are the same when using in interrogative sentences .but what is i say those in affirmative sentence .is it right as well
7.what is the meaning of " wait till u are more satisfied ,it is better to be content than sorry "
8.it is said the sentence pattern of u'd better are not suitable when using to ur elders .so if i change it a litter and say it'd be better if u do ..." is it suitable

It's hard to answer your question,because both are valid answers.On one hand,he might just want to make her more human-like,but on the other,he might also want her to be perfect.It's hard to see what he really plans to do with her just from that one line —— the part about "make her look,feel,and act as human as possible" seems to indicate that he wants to make her more human-like.However,the part about "so she can be the perfect companion" seems to suggest that he is looking to make her perfect.
If I had to pick I'd go with B.

Edit; You said B was wrong,so I'm guessing the answer is A.
However I think you should take something into account:To achieve A,he needs to do B.
In order to make her perfect,he HAS to make her more human-like.
You can't have A be true without B being true as well,if you understand what I mean.
So if A is the answer,then B is the answer as well.
