Someone think utilitarion courses is more important .Because after we graduation a lot of us will find a job and utilitarian courses is support find a job.
On the other hand some students think elementary courses for it is the fundation of the utilitarian courses.If you didn't learn elementary well you mustn't learn utilitarian well.
I think utilitarian courses and lelmentary courses are the same important.I well learn some utilitarian courses and in same time I will learn elementary courses.So that I will have some fundation of the utilitarian and Iwill have some skill for work.

On the other hand some students think elementary courses are more important (句子要完整) for they are (单复数)the fundation of the utilitarian courses.If you don't(没有必要用过去,这个事情是假设) learn elementary well you can't(mustn't是必须不的意思) learn utilitarian well.
I think utilitarian courses and lelmentary courses are equally(the same可以,不够好) important.I will learn some utilitarian courses and at(介词)the same time I will learn elementary courses. So that I will have both the fundation of the utilitarian and the skills(复数) for work.
另外你说的utilitiran course,和 elementrary course,不知道是什么意思.没有这种表达.是说实践课程和理论课程嘛?时间课程是practical course,理论是theoretical course.
