What a terrible scene!The picture depicts a lot of rubbish piles,which make the fool man feel sorry.Obviously,the rubbish piles were made by people,who visited the spots in holiday and threw rubbish anywhere at their will.
What the picture conveys to us is that our unconcious behaviors may bring some unnecessary trouble and inconvenience to others.It reminds us while we are visiting spots,we should keep ourselves obeying common ethical rules,which make us stay with each others harmoniously.
In my opinion, to some extent,although phenomenons of throwing rubbish anywhere are inevitable,we can make a set of rules to punish people who throw rubbish at their will.To solve the problem,I'd like to put forward some suggestions.Firstly,we should recruit some volunteers to remind people that rubbish should be threw into bins.It is no doubt the bins should be everywhere in spots so that people can throw rubbish into bins conveniently.Secondly,if volunteers find people throwing rubbish anywhere,volunteers should stop them immediately and educate them friendly,or even make some punishment to them.
In a word,everyone should exert efforts to make our spots more and more beautiful so that we can appreciate the scene in a happy mood.
