1.关于句型问题：
为了更具有概括性,用 seem to do sth.更好,这里的 do 表示所有的动词原形,当然包括 be.这个句型还可以变成 it seems that ...即把seem to do 中的主语变成that从句的主语,如：
He seems to be able to do the hard job.
It seems that he is able to do the job.
2.关于seem to be no
seem to do sth.其实 sth.就是指代do后面的各种情况,当然也包括用 no,not any 修饰的名词,但它们不是这个句型必需的条件,只有 seem to do 才是必需的,因此你可以在的笔记中删去这个并不重要的 no,例句如下：
There seems to be nothing wrong with the computer.
There seems to be something wrong with the computer.
There seems to be no wrong with the computer.
There seems to be not anything wrong with the computer.
（It seems that there is something wrong with the computer.)
