这个据我分析呢,应该是这样的,当然先说好我不保证我一定对~

一.

step up有站出的意思,但也有增加提高的意思,比如说：He urged donors to step up their efforts to send aid to Somalia,这个是增加的意思.

make up,一般指弥补和化妆.比如说：You can make up the test if you missed it.

turn up一般指提高音量之类的,比如说：Can you turn the TV up a little bit?

put up嘛,也有提高,提供的意思,不过一般来说指的是钱,比如说：Can you put up some money to start the company?

咱们做题干啥要弄那么复杂的啥非谓语动词之类的呢?咱得先把这句话顺一下.

首先中间那个together with all his family是个插入语,暂且先忽略一下.

这下咱们再来看句子：—— at Beijing,was what he strongly wished for during the last leg of his life.很明显这个句子把一个东西提前了,提前的那个东西就是宾语吧.

如果用正常的语序来说这句句子你会这么说：He strongly wished for —— at Beijing during the last leg of his life.

现在你就可以看选项了,wish for后面要加名词.你就可以排除B了,A不对是因为uniting后面得加个名词,C和D两个,照我看是C,【当然我不确定对不对】.这个区别怎么说呢,因为你这个have不是完成时什么的,就做普通的have,表示拥有,所以要用have得是having unity,而不是united.

这个东西应该是传说中的——从句吧.

咱么来看这个第一空!这第一空吧,你填that和which都行,毕竟这玩意儿指代hotel,当然你要省略了也行.所以从第一空来说,哪个都无法排除.

那就看第二空呗,第二空还是个指代,指代的依然是hotel.为啥指的还是hotel呢,因为他在向hotel申请工作,而不是downtown.

咱们把后面这句单独拉出来看：he applied to for a job.这句话缺个东西吧?he applied to,to啥呢?缺个宾语吧?!缺宾语,所以你得用that.

这么看好像A,D都对嘛= =,但你又说强调,强调句句型是这样的：It is.that.,所以这么看来应该就是A吧【不确定对不对】.
