during有完整的一段范围的意思
the day 是指定某一个特定天
a day 是只一天
morning强调早上
没有at morning的用法
所以严格来说只能用in the day (在某一天)
所以
【during the day】和 in the day 可以代换
in a day 强调在一天但不限定是哪一天
during a day 强调一整天 但不限定是哪一天
in the day 强调在那一天
in the morning 在早上
