以上说法均有错误!分析如下：
1.如果该句than前后比较的是“药物对运动员的作用”和“用于普通人治病的作用”两方面,则faster and stronger修饰的是“奔跑速度或体格”,说不通；
2.如果比较的是“普通人的奔跑速度或体格”和“运动员的奔跑速度或体格”,也说不通,因为这个时候用common不是比normal更恰当吗?
说白一点,这个human beings并不是指“常人,普通人”,而是指“没有服用兴奋剂的正常生理状态下的运动员们”.
