Whether public should help those weak people who are collapsed in street due to sickness is a hot topic in China.It might be laughable to people from many other countries as it is straight forward that everyone should help the people in need in the street,especially those fell Down.However,it is not that simple in our country because some tragically ended stories.Several years ago a young man in Nanjing was sued by the old lady he helped and her family for knocking down her and caused her injury,which was actually not true.In fact,when seeing the lady laid on the ground helplessly the young man rescued the old lady and rushed her to hospital.At the end the young man lost the case and had to pay the medical cost because the family argued that he could not be that good if he was not guilty,strangely enough the judge had the same theory.This case caused a huge disturbance to the Chinese public.Many have chosen not to offer help to anyone they may see in street to avoid trouble.In my opinion,we still need to help people in need,but we have to learn to protect ourselves because there are indeed some naughty people and some stupid and mad judges who can wrong you.You'd better find someone to witness what you do before you take your action.
