初二英语作文 题目：What should we do to keep healthy?

Every one wants to stay healthy.Then what should we do?
Firstly,we should form good eating habits.For example,we should always eat health food,but less junk food.Secondly,it's good for us to do exercise because it can help us keep fit.Last but not the least,we should get enough sleep everyday.
I wish that every one can live a healthy life.
