这个句子严格来讲不算强调句型,但也算有强调的意味.It was on the farm where we work 是一个由关系副词where引导的定语从句,在句中作地点状语.如果把on去掉也得用where,试比较有无on 的区别：
1.----Where did you get to know her?
----It was on the farm where we worked.
——你们是在哪里认识的?
——我们是在我们工作过的农场（里）认识的.
2.----Do you know the place?
---- Of course,it was the farm where/ on which we worked.
——你认识这个地方吗?
——当然,这是我们曾经工作过的农场.
