摘 要:在这个飞速发展的知识经济时代,知识型员工已经逐渐成为企业着重培养与管理的一项人力资源.而如何对知识型员工进行有效管理,充分挖掘出他们的潜能,激发他们对工作的积极性以及对企业的责任感和归属感,以便为企业创造更高的效益,促使企业人力资本增值,这已经是现代人力资源管理者应着重研究的方向.而中国的民营企业很大一部分在知识型员工的管理上存在着或多或少的问题,许多民营企业对知识型员工实施的激励机制还不够完善,以致激励效果不佳,无法激发知识型员工的工作热情,而这一问题很可能会对企业的正常运作产生影响.因此,如何对知识型员工进行有效激励就变得尤为重要了.这篇论文就以华为技术有限公司为例,针对国内民营企业对知识型员工的激励现状以及原因分析,结合各项激励理论,加以研究说明,并提出内在激励与外在激励这两种激励对策,对我国民营企业知识型员工的激励问题进行一个积极的探讨.

China's private enterprises a great part in the management of the knowledge type staff exists more or less problems, many private enterprises on knowledge employees incentive mechanism is not perfect, so that the incentive effect is poor, cannot motivate knowledge employees' work enthusiasm, and this problem is likely to affect the normal operation of enterprises.
