Hello!I'm excited today because it's Friday and that means the weekend's here...but also because I'm off on holiday tomorrow...two whole weeks in America including Las Vegas (above)...can't wait!
One bit of my hol that I'm also really looking forward to is visiting Universal Studios...have any of you been there?What's it like?Sonali (who sits next to me) has been to the one in Orlando,Florida AND the one in Hollywood (lucky girl!) and says they're brill.
Also,have any of you been to America on holiday recently?What were the favourite parts of your trip?
It looks like some of you are going to try making my brandy snaps this weekend - they're so yummy and moreish,I KNOW you'll love them...just make sure you make enough to go round!Thanks to Gloomz for suggesting that the NR website should have a recipe section - even though we don't have one,don't forget you can always swap delish recipes on our FOOD message board.
Anyway enough chatting - I'd better dash off cos I've got lots of packing to do.Have a great weekend!xx
