( 3) after exercise is easy to sweat,sweat away in a certain amount of salt,and then a large number of drinking water through perspiration,and will take salt,causing more blood in salt.
Therefore,after exercise should not be drinking a lot of water.
体育运动后,特别是在夏季,由于出汗多,可以喝些盐开水,适当补充水份和盐份,但不宜大量饮水,更不宜大量吃冷饮.这是因为:
(1)运动时,大量血液流到参与活动的肌肉中去了,胃肠道的血管处于收缩状态,此时大量饮水,加重胃的负担.特别是吃冷饮,胃受到冷刺激,血管突然收缩,经常这样,会导致胃功能的失调;
(2)运动刚完毕,心脏正需要休息,如大量饮水,一部分水经胃肠道吸收后,需依靠心脏“水泵”的作用,通过血循环输送到身体各处,势必增加心脏的负担;
(3)运动后易出汗,汗带走了体内一定量的盐分,再大量饮水,又会通过排汗带走盐分,进一步造成血液中缺盐.
因此,运动后不宜大量饮水.
