1.Put in the drawbar to the spindle shaft center hole.
3.Put the spindle on tension force platform,and test the spindle tension force with tension meter (guage) and the tension force about 1000±100kgs.
4.If the tension force too large or too small that can adjust the drawbar's length.(FV1200/1500 BT-50 the tension force is 1500kgs ± 100kgs)
5.Finish above job then fix the nut.
6.Clamp the 300mm test bar and measure the 300mm place (end) the spindle test bar runout,the runout variation could not exceeding 0.01mm.
Spindle sleeve and front cover assembly
1.Refer to the above calibrated distance (value) and Grinding the front cover for the spindle bearings' preload.The preload value is 0.03mm.
2.Put in the spindle sleeve and fix the front cover,then finish the installation.

1.According the Dynamic balance machine operational manual operates the balance machine for adjust the balance.
Spindle temperature warm up test
1.After spindle balance adjustment then put on the running test platform for doing the temperature warm up test.
