Health Is More Important Than Wealth
Friends,which is more important,health or wealth?J think health is more important.The reasons are as follow.First,only we are healthy,are we able to do the things well.Second,health can create wealth but wealth can't create health.For example,if people are ill,they have to see a doctor,spending much money.
But how can we keep healthy?In my opinion,first of all,we should keep a balanced diet,eat more vegetables and fruit but less meat or fat.Second,do exercise every day.Least but not last,early to bed and early to rise（早睡早起）.
