HaiLin was a freshman of a Logistics Company a year ago.Now she has been promoted to be the Logidtics Supervisor.At the begining,Hai Lin had difficults in dealing with the realationship between her and her subordinates.When her subordinates were ashamed or guilty of one thing,she could not help to blame them.Hai Lin is a hard-working person,also a studious girl.She was conscious of that there is no way for her to improve their relationship except cheering them up by gentler approach.Hai Lin is a lucky girl and she comes through.She may have been working in a whing mood as an ordinary worker rather than the Logistics Supervisor if only she haven't worked hard.Hai Lin is going to be an able woman.
