基于上述,本文主要对中小企业成本控制的以下三个问题进行了探讨：首先阐述了中小企业、成本管理以及成本控制的含义,介绍了成本控制的内容；第二部分阐明我国中小企业现状并结合实例提出我国中小企业成本控制所面临的问题；第三部分针中小企业成本控制现状及其实例存在的问题提出了一些解决措施.如：改进成本控制制度；精简人员、提高审计人员素质等

Many SMEs have developed rapidly with the economic growth of China.A few policies were also implemented to further enchance their development as SMEs r the main source of economic boost of China.If SMEs want further development,the ley is to lower cost of production and hence improving competitiveness.Although more n more SME leaders have realized the importance of controlling cost of production,the current situation is still a concern.Many SMEs cannot lower their cost of production due to shortage of money to conduct corresponding RnD(research n development),poor quality of labour as well as immature administrative system.
In conclusion,this article discussed three main points abt SME-firstly,it introduces the definition of SME,RnD and controlling cost of production.Secondly,it discusses the cirrent situation faced by most SMEs with real life example.Thirdly,the article gives some suggestions to improve current situation such as modifing the procedure of controlling cost of production,cut down number of employees,improving the quality of labour and so on.
