关于英语的、does、do,变特殊疑问句的

关于英语的、does、do,变特殊疑问句的
she has a white bog
老师也没怎么讲这个类容,但我知道变特殊疑问句【对划线部分提问】是先把原句变一般疑问句,再在前面加上特殊疑问词,其余划线部分省略.
我知道,这个变一般疑问句之后是：Does she have a white bod?
然后在前面加上“what”,但总感觉不对,变出来之后是：what does she have?
请问,我这样改,或者我这样的方法对吗?

你的改法没有错.
to have sth = to own sth= to possess sth,　时,有两种否定和疑问形式,比较特殊.
She　has　a　white　dog．
She　hasn＇t　a　white　dog．
＝She　doesn＇thave　a　white　dog．
Does　she　have　a　white　dog?
＝Hasshe　a　white　dog．
但　tohave　sth　不表示“拥有／所有”时,按其他行为动词的形式否定或提问.
She　has　lunch　at　school．＝　eats
She　doesn＇thave　lunch　at　school
不可以说：She　hasn＇t　lunch．．．
Does　she　have　lunch　at　school?
不可以说：Has　she　lunch　at　school?
