When you see a big garden full of weed, what are you going to do? Some see it and think it's hopeless, but others see the same garden and think if I start weeding now, it will be a nice garden one day. If you spend the time of being worried about your exams on preparing towards them instead, you will be fine. And do eat and sleep well, get yourself into a good routine, things will be easier.
Talk to your dad, tell him that you understand he's working hard for the family, but you hope he doesn't get too tired, tell him that you miss him because you have very little time with him, and ask him whether it's possible maybe just once a week not to work long hours and spend sometime with you?
I'm sure your mum would love anything from you, not necessarily an expensive gift. So if you can make her a birthday card, or write her a letter, to tell her that how much you appreciate and love her, she will be happy, because your understanding and love is priceless.
