Feelings after reading Gone with the Wind
After reading the book Gone with the Wind,I was too delighted to leave the book alone!What Gone with the Wind brings me is many feelings and thinking.I do appreciate Scarlett's strong mind and courage,Rhett's resourcefulness and determination ,and Melanie’s gentle and firm as well……
Scarlett is a woman who holds my love and hate.Her personality,strong mind and perseverance impress me deeply.However,I hate it that she lied to herself as well as to others when love is right ahead.But still,I admire her bravery when meet the difficulties and her determination to shoulder the heavy responsibility.She devoted herself to the defending of the land,and cherished her homestead with full love!During the hard time,she not only got off her high horse but also did farming with black slaves.Later,she created a cause in regardless of all.It seems to me that Scarlett is a vanguard of her era on account of her pluck and assumption!
There is a saying running over the novel.When Scarlett was persecuted by exhaustion and powerlessness,she said to herself,after all,tomorrow is another day!Yes!Tomorrow is a new day,moreover,everything will turn better!Scarlett is an energetic person with full hope and high courage.She will never give up or despair.I am inspired by her attitude towards life.Every time when difficulties come to me,I would tell myself,after all,tomorrow is another day!Thus,I will be full of vigor so that I can go through with anything!
