BANANA MILK SHAKE
1 banana
1 1/2 c.milk
1/2 tsp.vanilla extract
Peel the banana and break it into chunks with your finger.Put the chunks in a medium bowl and mash them with a fork until there are no lumps left.Pour in the milk and vanilla.Beat with an egg beater until the shake is smooth and foamy.Serves 2.
